Vice-Rector for Research Vladimir Sinyukov described the «Kutafin Readings»

During the Academic Council meeting, Vladimir Sinyukov, Vice-Rector for Research announced the program of «Kutafin Readings» , the joint research and practical conference of the Faculty of Law, Moscow State University and Moscow State Law University and described in detail the thematic sections.

 The event will be held during the IX Moscow Law Week, November 26 to 29. The chosen subject this year - “The rights and obligations of citizens and public authorities: searching for a balance of Interests”.

This year we have chosen an interesting topic, probably one of the fundamental problems, which opens research perspectives both for lawyers and specialists in related disciplines. The highly intensive four days of the research and practical conference will include a plenary session, round tables and panel discussions. This year, twice as many participants were registered, with many researchers of extremely high qualification. The program includes 44 thematic sections, 25 to be held at the Moscow State Law Academy. The innovative and applied and innovative areas of law are mainly represented by our University”, — said Vladimir Sinyukov.

Invitees to the plenary session include Tatyana Moskalkova, Plenipotentiary for Human Rights of the Russian Federation; Viktor Sadovnichiy, Rector of Lomonosov Moscow State University; Viktor Blazheev Rector of Moscow State Law University and Chair the Association of Lawyers of Russia; Alexander Golichenkov, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Moscow State University; Sergey Shakhray, Dean of the Higher School of State Audit, Moscow State University; Vladislav Grib, Chair of Executive Committee of the Russian Academy of Legal Sciences; Valery Zorkin, Chair of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation; Taliya Khabriyeva, Director of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, Larisa Krasavchikova, judge of the Constitutional Court; Oleg Yastrebov, Director of the Law Institute of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia; Prof. Lyudmila Novoselova, Chair of the Intellectual Property Rights Court, judge of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, Head of Intellectual Rights Department, Kutafin University.
