This textbook is devoted to topical issues in the field of competition law. The paper gives the concept of competition law, examines the subjects and objects of competition law and Antimonopoly control, reveals the features and forms of abuse of a dominant position in the market, types and features of anti-competitive agreements and concerted actions of economic entities, forms of unfair competition, as well as a ban on its implementation. The antimonopoly requirements to procedures of competitive selection of contractors and features of the state control over economic concentration are revealed in detail.
