On October 25 2016 within the bounds of International cooperation of Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) and Potsdam University (Germany) there was a successful defense of the candidate thesis of the bank law department postgraduate Laue Carolin on the theme: “Civil law responsibility of banks analytic relationships by legislation of Germany and the Russian Federation (сomparative law aspect)” by specialization 12.00.03 – civil law; business law; family law; international private law; a scientific tutor is the doctor of law Efimova Lyudmila Georgievna.
Carolin Laue’s defense of the candidate thesis laid a foundation for the deepening of scientific cooperation between Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) and the Potsdam University, because it was the first event to implement the project of "double diplomas" (joint graduate program), which is realized by these universities. This event will surely contribute to the development of legal science in our countries, and will also give young scientists prospects for the development of legal trend.
Carolin Laue works as a judge in the Administrative court of the city of Leipzig (Germany) and simultaneously is the postgraduate of Potsdam University.
The defense of her thesis in Germany will take place in 2017.
