Information letter

We are glad to invite you to the V anniversary IP Forum (“Legal defense of the intellectual property: problems of the theory and practice”), which will take place on February 17-18 2017 in the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).

The organizing committee of the Forum is glad to report that the IP Forum in 2017 celebrates the 5 year old anniversary and all arrangements of the forum will be held under the guidance of the IP Forum anniversary!

In 2017 the IP Forum is organized by the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) (the department of intellectual rights) together with the Center of Legal support of journalists Russian Popular Front with the support of the Court of intellectual rights and Committee of the Federation Council of science, education and culture.

One of the main arrangements of the Forum will be dedicated to the questions of intellectual property as the basis of development of the country. The questions of development of the potential of regional brands, problems of defense of intellectual rights in the field of journalistic, pharmaceutics, business organization, fashion industry etc. will be considered on the thematic grounds of the Forum.

The scientists of Russian and foreign legal institutions and faculties, the cooperators of scientific organizations, representatives of state bodies, practicing lawyers, other specialists in the field of intellectual property law, professional journalists, representatives of fashion industry, pharmacological sphere, students and also all people interested in problematics of the Forum are invited to participate in the IP Forum.
