In 2023, Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) offers an ONLINE educational program for foreign citizens in the Russian language to begin their studies from scratch, as well as for those who want to prepare for successful admission to a law school, including the programs of undergraduate, graduate, education for scientific and teaching staff in postgraduate school:
1. “Russian as a foreign language”, for people who speaks Russian and wish to improve their level in learning the Russian language, including the study of legal vocabulary necessary for the successful acquisition of legal knowledge. The cost of the program is 245,500 rubles.
The program is based on an intensive system of education. Training is carried out by highly qualified teachers at a convenient time for the students.
Last date of Applying for Admission – till the end of October you are welcome on a fee basis.

Entrance examinations
Foreign citizens and stateless persons entering education under contracts for the provision of paid educational services pass entrance examinations:
- applicants for bachelor's and specialist's programs - in the general education subject "Russian Language" in the form of testing and in the general education subject "Social Science" in the form of an interview,
- applicants for master's programs - testing in the subject "Russian language" and an interview for the program of a comprehensive interdisciplinary examination for a master's degree.
