The document provides for interaction between the parties regarding organization of internships and training for students and post graduate students of the university in the bank, participation of the bank representatives in realization of a master’s program, realization of training programs for bank employees, periodical exchange of relevant information and scientific experience in the field of law, etc.
The Director for Legal Affairs of Rosbank, Polina Lebedeva, commented on the conclusion of the agreement: “Each opportunity to cooperate with such remarkable educational institution which trains wonderful high-qualified specialists is very valuable for us. The Rosbank legal team includes employees who studied here, we know colleagues from other organizations who are happy to have graduates of MSAL in the ranks of their legal services. We have a rather big legal unit – almost 150 lawyers, we carry out legal support practically in all spheres where the bank is active, and it is not only banking issues, but also economic operations, corporate governance, judicial work, all of which demonstrates the highest qualification of our legal team. At the same time, we are always open to young talented staff. Such people are always lacking, therefore, we will be happy to accept as interns the most capable and promising students of the University, and are ready to take part in the implementation of joint scientific and educational programs”.
Rector of MSAL Victor Blazheev resumed: “We are extremely interested in opening a master's program on a parity basis. In the University, we have a Department of Banking Law, and we can cover the theoretical part of the educational process ourselves, but we really need practitioners who know firsthand how the banking system functions from inside. I am convinced that the employers should be involved in the educational process at a certain stage, therefore we are happy to cooperate with Rosbank”.
During the meeting, the representatives of Rosbank visited University’s museum exposition, and then continued detailed discussion of the main fields of cooperation.
