School of Foreign Law becomes a good tradition at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL). School of Foreign Law gathered students from different countries, lectures and master classes were given by leading experts from foreign universities, including the University Toulouse 1 Capitole (France), University Cote d’Azur (France), Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University (France), Tallinn University (Estonia), King’s College London (UK), University of Illinois (USA), Stanford University (USA), University of Naples Federico II (Italy), Sapienza University of Rome (Italy), Pomeranian Academy in Słupsk (Poland), Matej Bel University (Slovakia), Pavol Jozef Safarik University (Slovakia), University of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) etc.

The School of Foreign Law is a unique opportunity to immerse ourselves not only in the language environment, but also to explore and discuss the most pressing issues of law. During two days the participants will be offered a course of lectures from specialists of leading universities and international organizations. Speakers will not only reveal the topical issues of law, but also present case studies from practice. 30-minute classes will be organized in the form of lectures or interactive master classes.

The School on Foreign Law is aimed to advance the knowledge of Russian and international students in various fields of modern law as well as to jointly explore the existing problems.

Objectives:

  • enhancement of knowledge about Russian and foreign legal systems;
  • building professional skills;
  • development of cooperation in education with representatives of universities from different countries;
  • improvement of skills to use interdisciplinary approach.
